Life · Business · Identity
I work at the intersection of life, identity, and business. Sometimes that's clarity. Sometimes it's strategy. And sometimes it's rolling up my sleeves and building what's missing.
About
There's a particular kind of person who finds their way here. Capable — undeniably so. A career, a résumé, a reputation. They've done the work, checked the boxes, and shown up for everyone who needed them. And somewhere in the middle of all that competence, they started to wonder if they ever actually chose any of it.
I'm a life and business strategist, certified clinical sexologist, and fractional COO with over a decade of experience. I bring a diagnostic-first approach to the questions that don't fit neatly into a business plan: What am I actually building — and for whom? What needs to change? And what's it costing me to keep operating this way?
Life and business don't sit in separate boxes — and neither does my work. I work with people navigating transitions, growth, and change — personally and professionally. Sometimes that looks like clarity. Sometimes it's strategy. And sometimes it's getting in and actually building what's missing.
I've worked across industries — from product to service-based businesses — with founders and professionals building and rebuilding in real time.
How I Work
In reality, it's usually both.
You can't scale a business that doesn't match your capacity, your clarity, or your reality. And you can't create momentum in your life while avoiding the decisions or execution required to move forward. My work sits at the intersection of all of it.
When things feel unclear, heavy, or stuck — personally or professionally. We figure out what's actually going on and what needs to change.
Once there's clarity, we map the direction. What you're building, what you're selling, what needs to shift, and what to stop.
This is where most people stall. I step in to help execute — building, fixing, or refining what needs to actually work. Offers, systems, onboarding, structure, content, or whatever is getting in the way of results.
Depending on where you are, we may focus on one of these areas — or move between all three. Because in real life and real business, they're always connected.
This isn't just coaching, and it's not just consulting. It's strategic implementation — grounded in real life, real capacity, and real results.
The List
My emails don't live in one lane. They sit at the crossroads of strategy, identity, and everything in between — the kind of thinking you don't get from a newsletter about productivity or a podcast about hustle. Real frameworks. Real questions. Nothing filler.
What's Taking Shape
My work spans multiple intersecting worlds — and the best of it is still being unveiled. Get on the list to be first to know.
