Strategy · Thought Partnership · Execution
I help overloaded founders find the real bottleneck, decide what actually needs to happen next, and move it off their plate.
Most consultants hand you a strategy and disappear. You end up with a longer to-do list and no more time.
Most help waits for you to say what's wrong and hand over the plan. But you're too deep in the day-to-day to step back and see the real bottleneck.
That's the part I do differently.
I find what's actually costing you time, money, and momentum, then I move it.
You didn't build this to run out of hours inside it.
If you need someone to clear your inbox, manage a task list, or wait for instructions, I'm not your person.
I'm who you call when the business has too many moving pieces, too many stalled ideas, and no clear next move.
I'm Regina Stone. For 16+ years I've worked inside businesses, building things, hiring teams, and fixing what's broken. Not from the outside with a slide deck. From the inside, with my sleeves rolled up.
I've hired and onboarded teams, built new programs and offers from scratch, revamped courses and memberships, and run the diagnostics that show a founder exactly where their time is going. If it's operational and it's stuck, I've probably already fixed a version of it.
Strategy and execution, from the same person. That's the part most people can't find.
16+ years building, hiring, and fixing inside businesses, from solo founders to established teams. I'm the person people call when they're done talking about the problem and ready to move it.
Three ways in. Most people start at the top.
Start here. When you know something's off but can't see what.
I look at how your business actually runs and show you precisely what's costing you time: what to simplify, what to systematize, what your current team can absorb, and where you genuinely need help. You walk away knowing exactly what needs to happen now. Then we do it. Not everything needs to be outsourced. Some things just need a better process and someone to build it.
When you've got an idea or a fix that keeps not happening.
A new offer. A new program. A broken process that needs rebuilding. The thing you keep meaning to launch and never have time for. I architect it, build it, and get it live, with you, not just for you. This is where "someday" becomes done.
When you need the right person in the seat and actually productive.
The job posting is the easy part. The real work is the hours of screening, interviewing, and filtering to find the right person, and then onboarding them so they're producing instead of just present. That's the part I take off you. You stay out of the inbox and the back-and-forth, and step in only where it counts. You come away with the right hire and a 30-60-90 plan you can reuse every time after.
Start with the 2-minute quiz. You'll see exactly where your time is leaking, and if you're ready to fix it now, that's where we talk.
